Ground Floor Entering through the front door leads you straight into the open plan living area with pammant tile flooring. Comfortable sofas, side tables and armchairs surround a large wood burning stove. A Smart TV can be found in the corner, as can board games and DVDs. Plenty of cushions and lamps keep the lounge area cosy. The dining area by the window has a dining table and chairs to seat four people. The kitchen area has a Bosch electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and a small fridge (with freezer compartment). The kitchen is well equipped, and includes tea towels and oven gloves, cleaning materials and dishwasher tabs. A utility room leading off from the kitchen contains a washing machine, outdoor furniture and two adult bikes which are available for use by guests (at their own risk).
