The studio is situated on Rue Saint-André des Arts, a charming street in the heart of the Latin Quarter in Paris, known for its elegant atmosphere and historical character. The street stretches from Boulevard Saint-Germain to Rue Saint-Michel, creating a link between two iconic arteries on the left bank of the Seine. The surrounding environment is renowned for its bohemian ambiance and artistic allure. Lined with cafes, bookstores, small art galleries, and original boutiques, the neighborhood attracts both Parisians and visitors seeking an authentic cultural experience. The studio's proximity to the Seine River, just a 5-minute walk away, provides beautiful walks along the riverbanks and on the Île de la Cité, offering an incredible panorama of Notre Dame de Paris and Sainte-Chapelle. Additionally, the picturesque Luxembourg Gardens and its green expanses are also accessible within a 10-minute walk. The ultra-central location of the studio allows you to explore Paris on foot or using easily accessible public transportation. Our studio, bright and carefully decorated, skillfully combines traditional Parisian style with a modern and original aesthetic. It is located on the 1st floor without an elevator in a beautiful Haussmannian building and consists of: - An open kitchen to the living room, functional and fully equipped: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. - A beautiful living space with a sofa, side table, a bar table for dining, and a double bed. - A charming bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet. - Ample storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi)

Très beau appartement!
Very convenient, well-appointed studio apartment with an excellent shower, solid wooden floors, excellent fixtures and fittings. Classy little touches, elegant and comfortable. Off a road off the Boulevard Saint-Germain, within easy walking distance of Odeon Metro and therefore central amenities and sights. Easy to access through codes and lockbox - I arrived at 11pm. First floor, so right above quite a lively street, but I didn't have any difficulty sleeping.
Standouts and things to consider: this BNB was clean, adorable, felt safe, and was near many restaurants, shops, as well as public transit. It was very easy to walk around for food, and even to get to the Louvre within 15 minutes on foot. Finding the place via Google maps was easy, and getting into the building was simple. I loved the design, the bed was comfy, and it had a great shower too! I definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting to visit Paris and have easy access to the sights and culture. Now, because it’s in a bustling area, it was quite noisy for sleeping even with the windows closed (people talking, singing, and sounds of cars and motorbikes) and the curtains let in quite a bit of light. This is coming from someone that usually sleeps in a basically blacked out room, so keep that in mind! I’m glad I stayed here for all the things I mentioned, and, felt like it would be helpful to acknowledge the noise for those of you that are used to quieter lifestyles.
