The location is good. House is nice. Bedroom upstairs do not have blinds and can get noisy as well due to traffic at main road. parking is on the other side of the street apart from main entrance which has some steps, if you have luggage and strollers is not ideal, but we felt this is minor.

Very cute place! My dogs loved the fenced in yard and toys in the bin. The brewery across the street was excellent. Brent was very responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate. He gave clear instructions and allowed a late checkout. The place was very nicely furnished and allowed for a pleasant and easy stay. Highly recommend and I'd go back.

We decided the night before to do an overnight in Charlottesville. This worked perfectly for what we were looking for. The only bathroom is off the upstairs bedroom which may impact who you’re comfortable sharing the house with. Good location and great value. Host was also very responsive. .
