This was a wonderful stay for our group! We were in town for a wedding with a lot of events in the downtown main street area. The house was easy to get to from that area with a quick 10-15 min walk that felt safe and easy! We loved how tidy the house felt and it was a great place to retreat after busy days. There are very nice touches throughout the house including toiletries you may have left behind, coffee in the kitchen, and everything labeled perfectly so it's easy to find. The neighborhood was super cute, very calm, quiet and peaceful. We all agreed we would easily stay here again! Thanks so much!

Lovely little cottage near an easy 10 minute walk from downtown Charlottesville. The neighborhood was charming, and the house was clean and well-furnished, including all kinds of things that airbnbs don't typically have. The house was cozy, but had plenty of space for our family of 5. All around, a great stay.

We had a good stay. While indeed cozy, our family of five had a comfortable stay, and we took advantage of the proximity to the Downtown Mall. It was an easy drive to everything else we did over the weekend.
