Chris' place was perfect for our needs - well situated, very clean, quiet, cozy and welcoming. I would reach out to Chris to rent his apartment again anytime I needed to stay in the Perth area. Loved it!!!!!

Very bright, cozy and quiet place2 minute walk from town center and park. The unit is very clean and smells good, bed was super comfortable - slept 10 hours like a log. Sadly stayed only for 1 night as we were just passing through town, would love to spend there more time. 10/10, would visit again!

Thank you Chris for allowing us to stay at you AirBnB in Perth, Ontario. It was extremely clean, very close to downtown Perth, and very quiet and serene. This morning we noticed two little rabbits in the yard. The check-in process was clear and easy. We loved the place and would return if we ever go to Perth again.

This is a lovely accommodation that is located in the heart of the city. Chris was a great host - very responsive and available to answer questions. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Would love to stay here again!
