David was very welcoming. Greeted us upon arrival to the home and supplied us with clean bedding and towels.

I was told there was no one else booked in the house for the 4 nights I was there. The room I was in (room 3 off the kitchen) was newly set up. Thur, he came by to add a lock to my bedroom door but didn't mention a change. One night I came home & someone was in the house. I am a single female & was scared at first. After contacting David, he said that I knew someone was going to be there. He then lied about what Mayra told me, even though he wasn't there when she and I talked. I tried to explain that communication is key. I checked out on Sat & his tone was condescending when he asked if "everything else was ok." It felt as if he completely disregarded my feelings about safety & communication. He then sat there while I checked out, which felt as if he was making sure I didn't vandalize his house. Give me a break! He only cares about making money, not making it a nice stay. Other issues: bedroom has see-thru curtains (zero privacy) & a very hard mattress (can feel & hear the springs)
