Pros: cheaper than others in the area, convenient location walking distance to everything, very safe once you're in the building. Very clear check-in instructions, the host is very communicative. Cons: NOT a safe neighborhood. We walked past a drug deal on the sidewalk going back to the room one night around 9pm, a group of people about to shoot up outside the side entrance, and a homeless guy was in the parking garage trying to open car doors one morning. -No coffee, not even a coffee machine. They mentioned they don't provide coffee so I brought my own, but there's not even a coffee machine in the kitchen. -Fines threatened every day for not following all the rules. Overall, it was a good stay for a cheaper option. Basic room with no extras, everything was clean and as showed in the pictures (except the coffee). Just keep your car locked and don't stay out too late if you're walking.

Great spot never done a company based spot before. Instructions were clear. Not a fan that I have to clean the towels and liners. Also the couch in my room had a massive dip in it. Aside from that worth the price.

Minimalist decor was great. Very clean. 10 minute walk to the heart of the Riverwalk. Even stayed an extra night because of the convenient location.
