Beautiful setting. Very easy to get to many of North Wales’s top attractions and plenty of things to do in the local area as well. Great host with superb breakfast and a good range of choices too; can give you lots of tips on things to do including special events and recommendations on places to eat in the evenings. We enjoyed spending an extended week (9 nights) here and would definitely recommend!

What a charming place! A proper B&B with traditional antique decor, Mirain has done an amazing job of restoring and updating the property. We were provided everything we needed and a few things we didn’t expect. The property is very well-organized with attention to detail. The bathroom was extraordinary and met every need we had. The traditional breakfasts were delicious with so many options to choose from. Mirain is an award-winning chef and it showed! The location is in a cozy village in Porthmadog. It’s just down the street from Portmarion (Italian Village) and Snowdon peak. Driving in the area can be a bit of a challenge with narrow, winding roads, so be prepared! Overall, we highly recommend the property and the experience!

This is truly a Five Star guesthouse. Our room was excellent and the en suite bathroom was modern like you might find in any upscale hotel in America. Miriam was an excellent hostess and made us feel most welcome. Her traditional Welsh breakfasts cater for every dietary need. We would have no hesitation recommending this B&B. Dave & Shirley E.

This was a jewel of a find. Where to start? Met by Mirain at the door and tea and home made cake on arrival. She and Geraint have renovated a beautiful house, perfect decor and furniture, plenty of parking, lovely garden and super views of the estuary. We had the Cnicht Room, a wonderful bedroom with huge comfy bed, clean, tidy, well decorated, everything thought about. Welsh cakes in the room with tea and coffee making facilities, fresh flowers, milk in little fridge. And breakfast is to die for, all with local or home made produce. Mirain was a perfect host, helped by her two adorable children. Cant recommend highly enough.
