Let me start off by saying Ludovic’s place is absolutely wonderful. I loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It was in walking distance of one of our favorite restaurants El Fogon. Also, the place has a washer and dryer so we were able to wash our clothes before we had to leave. Ludovic was nice enough to let us drop off our belongings before check in. If you have a car there’s secure parking underneath the building. They keep the main door closed so not just anyone can walk in. Felt very safe and secure! I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Ludo has a great personality and was flexible with my arrival time. The entire place was spotless - clean! - and the beds very comfortable and new. He provided the basics for cooking and doing laundry, towels and beach bags, suggested some restaurants, and was readily available for any questions. I will stay here again for sure!

Great place -- excellent location -- easy to find --- near the center of everything. We also had a dedicated parking stall. He was responsive and helped at a moment's notice. Highly recommended -- worth the stay -- I'd definitely come back. Great host!!!
