It was arranged and prepared with your comfort in mind. Enjoy a fully loaded kitchen, dining area, comfy living room with 55” smart TV so you can login to your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu , central heat/AC, full size laundry, squeaky clean bathroom and cozy bedrooms, each with brand new, super comfy memory foam mattress. Relax on the covered porch or enjoy the backyard with green grass, propane firepit and grill. Furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style; this is your home away from home. LIVING ROOM Access the home via convenient keyless entry. The living room has a large comfortable wraparound couch, a side table with a lamp and books to flip through, an oversized armchair, and a 55-inch Roku TV so you can login to your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu. There is fast Wi-Fi, and the TV stand has a variety of board games for you to play. There is a G00gle Nest Hub smart speaker for playing music or asking questions about the local area. KITCHEN & DINING The efficient kitchen is fully stocked for making some delicious meals (or just coffee!) during your stay. There is a stainless-steel fridge and freezer, electric range and oven, a microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, waffle maker, and a dishwasher. There is also a gas grill with grill tools. There is drip coffee maker, a kettle, and we provide coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, sugar-free sweetener, and even a few complimentary snacks for you to enjoy. There are pots, pans, bakeware, baking sheets, cooling racks, cutting boards, a strainer, food storage containers, knives, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, slotted turner, ladle, spatula, tongs, grater, whisk, garlic press, rolling pin, ice cream scoop, a masher, peeler, pizza cutter, oven mitts, potholders, kitchen towels, a can opener, wine stoppers, and a bottle opener. There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, beer and wine glasses, and water glasses. There are also children’s plates, bowls, cups and silverware for those travelling with little ones. There are some cleaning supplies including all-purpose cleaner, dishwasher pods, sponges, dish soap, hand soap, extra trash bags, and some paper towels. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms in the home. They both have brand new comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort. The queen bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, charging stations, and a sound machine, a desk, a closet, and a 42” Roku TV. The closet has a fan, luggage rack, and plenty of hangers. You will also find children’s items such as a baby bath, highchair, pack n’ play, pack n’ play linens, children’s toys, and baby monitors. The king bedroom features a king-sized bed, two nightstands with lamps and charging stations, a mirror, and a closet. The closet has a luggage rack, fan, and hangers, as well extra towels. BATHROOM The sparkling clean bathroom has a sink with vanity, clawfoot tub with shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. We provide fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, and makeup towels for use during your stay. We also provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, cotton swabs, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer in the basement, and we provide a few complimentary laundry pods for you to use. There is also an iron and ironing board, as well as a laundry basket. OUTSIDE There is plenty of outdoor space on the property for you to enjoy. Sip your morning coffee on the covered porch in front of the home, enjoy a cool Colorado evening by the firepit, cook on the grill and share a meal together in the fully fenced backyard while soaking up the Colorado sunshine. There are string lights for ambiance, and yard games like cornhole and giant Jenga for your entertainment! CHILDREN Those with little ones will travel easier knowing that there are many helpful children’s items in the home. There is a highchair, pack ‘n play with linens, baby monitor set, a baby bath, and even a basket of toys. There are also children’s plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. BUSINESS TRAVEL Fast WIFI is available for business travel and there is a spacious desk that makes the perfect workspace in the queen bedroom. PETS This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners time that we will request after you book. Your pets are free to use the yard but you must pick up after your pets or a fine will be applied. We provide pet waste bags for your convenience. We are happy to host both you and your pets! Smoking: This is a very quiet neighborhood. Smoking cigarettes and vaping only in designated space on the back patio and please clean up after yourself. No marijuana use allowed.
