The house was beautiful. The one we original booked had a leakage so Jardar gave us a different one that was extremely nice and even offered to give us some money back. I told him no worries of course, we had booked private massages and he took care of it for us! Awesome host and super nice thank you so much !

Location!!! Location!! This place puts you right in the middle of the Tulum not the outskirts. Alot of restaurants and tourist stops close by. This place was fairly easy to find too. The pics were accurate to listings!! Host was super responsive!! First night unit main floor AC was working great!!! Unfortunately, the bedroom units were not working!! It was too late in the evening to rectify the issue, but they were repaired the next day! The place was super spacious, and the hot water was amazing. I don't recommend this place for anyone who has trouble walking up and down stairs. The bedrooms are located on the second and third level. The internet worked but wasn't the best. The unit is located in the jungle so the internet will likely be spotty at times. For this to be a last-minute booking, it overall met my needs.
