Hathersage is a thriving village in the heart of the Peaks with good local amenities, shops, cafes, pubs, petrol station, pharmacy and an open air swimming pool. Good public transport connections to Sheffield, Manchester and the rest of the Peaks. Hathersage is a great base for exploring Stanage Edge, popular amongst climbing enthusiasts and there are many moorland and fell trails that start from the edge of the village, also offering wonderful routes for running, cycling and hiking. Our 3 bedroom family home situated in the heart of Hathersage is ideally located for all village amenities and the beautiful surrounding countryside. Our house has one double bedroom and 2 further bedrooms with single beds complete with access to toys. We have off-road parking for one vehicle, enclosed rear south facing garden and secure bike storage. Located on a friendly residential street, all local amenities are within easy walking distance. The space Cleaning and Safety: The property will be cleaned and laundered between stays for your safety with all bed linen and towels provided. Essentials: All essentials such as a tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll , handsoaps, washing up liquid etc. are provided together with a small welcome pack on your arrival. Location: The property is ideally located and benefits from off street parking for one vehicle. The historic village heated open air lido is a short stroll away just beyond the park. Good public transport links with rail and bus service. Accommodation: The property sleeps up to 4 people in 3 bedrooms furnished with a double bed in the main bedroom and single beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The family bathroom with over bath shower is located on the first floor. Downstairs there is hard wood effect flooring throughout and plenty of space. The downstairs comprises of a comfortable lounge with fast wifi, large TV and woodburning stove. Our open plan kitchen/dining room has a table for 6 to eat in comfort, a well equipped kitchen with both a dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs over 2 floors there are 3 separate bedrooms, one double room and 2 further rooms with single beds that are ideally suited to children. Outside: At the front there is off road parking for one vehicle and secure bike storage. The enclosed rear south facing garden (complete with trampoline) is a safe and comfortable area for children and pets to enjoy the afternoon sun. Behind the house is the well equipped village park and beyond that the heated outdoor lido. Facilities: High speed wifi (50Mbs), full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, Netflix, Disney Plus, private off road parking for one car and secure bike storage. All bed linen, towels, an essentials welcome pack, gas and electricity all included. One well behaved dog is welcome but we ask you to restrict them to the downstairs of the property where there are hard floorings. This is a strictly NO SMOKING and NO PARTY property with no exceptions. Guest access Full exclusive use of the house minus the office, driveway for one car and secure storage of bikes.
