The 3 full bathrooms have been completely renovated and there are 4 bedrooms which have fresh, hi-quality linens, fresh towels and comfortable beds. The oceanfront master bedroom features a plush king bed and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is also on the ocean and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The kids’ room has two bunk beds, lots of games, and a full bathroom. The open floor-plan features an extra large family room which offers the perfect escape from the afternoon sun with panoramic views of the ocean, a vaulted ceiling and a stone fireplace. The house has a separate dining area overlooking the beautiful Guana State Nature Preserve. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything the picky chef could ask for. The best part is that all three areas open to each other, creating a wonderfully, social space for friends and family. This home is nestled between the soft sands of South Ponte Vedra Beach and The Guana State Park. Enjoy the vast views of the ocean from the rear of the home to the beautiful orange and pink sunsets that serenade over Guana Park.
