The Annex has a large bedroom with a king-size bed and its own private lounge with dedicated workspace. There is fast WiFi and a private bathroom with an over bath shower. The kitchen has a hob and microwave/convection oven. There is a washing machine and dryer. There is a step in the bathroom, up to the sink and bath / shower, as per our pictures. Plenty of light, space and quiet yet only 10 minutes from shops, cinema and bowling in Cwmbran centre and 15 minutes from Newport. Historic Caerleon is just 4 miles. Close to the Brecon Beacons, Crickhowell is a 45-minute drive. Guests can use the garden and there is a bbq and fire pit available to use. There are several nice walks from the door including Llandegveth Reservoir with a lovely visitor centre/cafe, This is just over 3 miles each way. The nearest pub, The Ponthir House Inn, is 2 miles.

A great AirBnB. Lovely and clean and some nice extra touches. Clare was very welcoming and also flexible with my check out time. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Llandegveth is a quiet small village and The Annex is a private apartment at the back of our home, Tal Coed.
Set in just under an acre it is surrounded by garden.
We are working hard to welcome as much nature as possible into the garden with unmowed borders, a vegetable patch and flower borders.
When arriving pull up onto the drive way for Tal Coed.
Ample parking on our driveway is available.
There are footpath walks from our door and the nearest pub is just 2 miles.
