The location was great for me and my friends and was the perfect space for us. The tiki bar and hot tub were excellent additions and the upstairs space was quite open for being a loft. My biggest complaint was that the place did not seem ready for people to stay there yet. The tiki bar was falling apart and had not been swept or cleaned. The hot tub had sand in the bottom of it and numerous stains which made us feel like it had never been cleaned. The previous review stated the loft was not clean and it appeared as though very minimal, if any cleaning, was done. I had to sweep it once I got there because of how dirty it was. Stains were left on the tables and the couch had dirt on it. There are no cleaning supplies and it is expected for you to clean your dishes before you leave. It did not mention on the listening that I needed to provide dish soap and sponges, but had to go buy them as the checkout required it. For paying $125 for a cleaning fee I was dissapointed.

Nice, quiet location to get away but not near any restaurants/stores/activities. Not the cleanest of spaces (dust, stinkbugs) & the lack of a real kitchen is something to consider. Thankfully, the hot tub worked! But, the sauna is an additional cost. Overall, I feel we overpaid slightly for the square footage of the unit but a hot tub in the middle of winter in Michigan isn’t the worst place to be.
