The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee. Master bedroom has a queen with a smart tv and attached full bathroom off the kitchen area. Fully stocked kitchen with a dining table next to a slider door leading out to the lower deck that's fully shaded with more seating. Living room with two couches and a smart tv. The second floor has another queen room with an attached full bathroom (shower and tub). A second living room with a smart tv, a game table, and a slider door to the upper deck with a view of the lake. The second floor also has a bedroom with a pack n play (if needed), a play area, and a full-size loft bed accessible by a ladder. The third floor is an open concept with a slanted ceiling ideal for kids. There are 2 full-size beds and a separate A/C unit to supplement the house's central A/C. Adults can use the third-floor rooms, but please be cautions of the low ceilings!
