Farmer’s Market (Wednesdays) and seasonal events (Don't miss the Carlsbad Village Street Faire May 5th and November 3rd). Villa 1 is on the ground floor in the front of the building. Perfect for our quick beach getaway! The location was great, and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Marks place was awesome! Perfect for families with kids. It’s a super short walk to the beach and a quick walk into town. Mark was very responsive and will book here again.
The apartment is comfortable and well-appointed, in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood only a block from the beach. Good restaurants and the Coaster train station are within a short walk. The on-site private parking space is a huge plus if you are driving. I highly recommend Mark's place as your base of operations in Carlsbad.
