Enjoy your own cozy three bedroom one bath home in historic neighborhood in Sailboat Bend, Fort Lauderdale. Featuring a living room, dinning room and kitchen and outside porch. Free parking , free wifi, smart tvs, enjoy this home away from home yet less than 5 minutes to downtown with shops, restaurants, nightlife. 10 min to beach. 15 min to airport & Port Everglades. The small home is detached and separate but also shares a common yard with the apartment one story building behind it on the same address. The apartment building is 7 rooms and very small. The house you are staying is separate but on same site/lot. Your house has private entry but backyard & side of house faces the other building.

Sailboat Bend is a historic neighborhood and one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.This quaint and charming neighborhood is known for its rich history, unique architecture, and vibrant community. It is located just west of downtown Fort Lauderdale, making it a convenient and desirable location that offers a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. 5 min drive to bars, restaurants, & nightlife. Located 10 min from beach and no more than 15 min drive from the FLL airport and Port Everglades.
There are also several parks nearby, including Sailboat Bend Preserve, which offers scenic nature trails and recreational opportunities.
Uber & rideshare are always available. City buses can also be used and a bus station is within walking distance. 5 min distance from Brightline station and Tri-Rail station.
You can walk to things but due to Florida heat outside most people take a car around.
We have free parking so feel free to rent a car too.
