Apartment is IN TOWN, no vehicle needed to access shops, restaurants, markets, etc. Safe & secure, property is fenced and gated. Wifi, gas stove, water purifier, hot showers, cooking supplies, ceiling fans & standing fan, screened windows, big closet, lots of storage space. Peaceful & perfect for working from home. This is not a permanent air b & b. I live here and I am going out of town for a few months so I am looking for clean and respectful guests to enjoy my space while I am gone. Important Notes: Internet: The internet is good enough to watch netflix, video call and work from home. If you need higher speed internet, cellular data is affordable and easy to get on your phone. Noise: The neighbourhood is very quiet, with no bars or restaurants as your neighbours. It is residential. There is a dog on the property (behind a gate, so you aren't in contact with it) that sometimes barks. Accessibility: You have to walk for around one minute uphill, and then there is a small set of stairs (~5 steps). This is not a big deal for most people, but it is not suitable for someone with mobility issues such as a wheelchair.
