John and Lara’s house was wonderful. Charming, cozy and great hosts. Very central location to anything you’d want to visit in Idyllwild too.

As soon as we parked in the driveway we knew we were going to love this home. Although it's right off the street, it seemed like the most private home in the neighborhood with the entry lower than the driveway. It was a classic cabin feel, which we loved! Not the remodeled modern interior (this is not the place for you if you want new). It was so cozy and a great bedroom setup for my husband and I and our 3 and 6 year old. John and Lara were very quick to respond when I had questions and we just had a great time!

Had a little getaway with the husband and kids. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the cabin was beautiful and clean, it felt like home. The neighborhood was very nice as well, we went for a couple of walks and it was very peaceful. And a 3 minute drive from town, couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely recommend.

We had an absolute blast my kids were so sad to leave. We had a fabulous walk into town this morning to grab coffee and check out the local views and shops. We will be back soon and next time we plan to stay longer than one night.
