Surrounded by beautiful Lake Champlain with beach access and nearby public boat launch. Recently renovated raised ranch style home. Main living areas and both bathrooms are on the second floor, requiring use of stairs. Eat-in kitchen with additional dining area. Seasonal outdoor dining area is available. First floor has mudroom/laundry area, bedroom and office space with additional sleeping area. Property has WiFi and two tvs. Deck has chairs with lake views, overlooking farm fields with beautiful sunsets.

Located on a private road directly across from Lake Champlain. Property is very close to public boat launch. Approximately 1 mile from Kill Kare State Park, which has a ferry over to Burton Island. A couple miles from St. Albans Bay Park which has a playground, basketball court, walking path, and weekly farmer's markets and events. 6 miles from historic downtown St. Albans City, with several shops, restaurants, cafes, brewery, and summer concerts in the park.
Two parking spots available in private driveway. Limited public transportation available due to remote location. The area is great for walking, biking, boating and kayaking.
