A wonderful cottage right in the center of Berwick. Spacious, yet cozy. Very quiet. 100+ years old, so the place has a historic feel about it. Martin was kind, responsive, and generous. The only negative was weak Wi-Fi, though it does work OK in the upstairs bedroom.

brilliant location, beautiful house. Martin fabulous, friendly and responsive host. tucked away, lovely quiet views and literally 2 mins walk to everything house cosy and clean and lovely. WiFi bit patchy but didn't spoil it at all highly recommend.

Martin and Rosie's place is fantastic - an incredible location right on the walls but very quiet, with great views over to the viaduct. It's very stylish and very user friendly: well equipped and easy to use kitchen, two good bathrooms, comfortable beds. They were really responsive and helpful too, going out of their way to help us getting shopping etc. Per other reviews wifi not the strongest - we found it strongest in the bedrooms. But a huge recommend - this is a great, memorable place.

For once we came without a car and the location was perfect for Berwick and the surrounding areas. Just walking distance to places to eat and drink particularly the lovely Bridge Street. The accommodation was very well equipped for self catering with easy access to the local butcher and other shops so not really a problem that the supermarkets are more of a walk. Local buses were excellent as was the train to Edinburgh. We would certainly stay here again.
