Come visit one of the best places on the Frio River. Oasis Resort has it all... a private riverbank, swimming pool (heated to 80 degrees in the winter months), basketball / volleyball, playground area, cabana area, gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, and located at Mager's crossing. All rentals have Wifi, DirecTv, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit. Off-peak (Labor Day to Memorial Day) $215/night. Spring Break $230/night Peak (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $425/night. There is a Resort Fee charged per stay, this includes your linen and cleaning fee and will be added to your total reservation cost when reserving through AirBnB. Rivers Edge Home #1 sleeps up to 10. * 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath - Bedroom #1 - 1 queen bed - Bedroom #2 - 2 twin on full bunks - Bedroom #3 - 1 queen bed (this bedroom has its private access from outside) * Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices). * Dining/living area combined. Dining table for 6. * 55″ TV connected to DirectTV * Fiber Optic WiFi available * Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, picnic table and firepit. * Dog Friendly - $100 fee for the entire stay. 2 dog maximum.

Was a beautiful place to stay compared to other homes in the same price range near Concan. I believe if anyone is looking for a place this is the one. With access to the pool and river just a short walk away it made it so much fun. We love to fish and caught many catfish and perch on our trip using worms. Once again highly recommend this place to anyone!
We loved staying at Amy and Clint’s place and having the Frio River as our backyard! This area is serene and also a 5 minute drive from Gardner State Park!

Steps away from Mager's Crossing and a 5-minute drive to Garner State Park. This is the perfect location for you to enjoy the river, Garner State Park, and the surrounding towns of Concan.
We are located off CR 350 at Mager’s crossing. If you’ve never traveled to this area, we recommend that you print directions before traveling. Some telephone providers do not work in our area.
Things to do in the area: Hanging out or floating the Frio River, Hiking Mount Baldy, Frio Bat Flight Tours, hunting, kayaking, beautiful drives in the hill country.
Things to know: Cell service is not great, AT&T and Cricut are the only cell services that work well. Once you are at your cabin, you can connect to Wi-Fi. There are plenty of small grocery type stores that will have your basic items but no large grocery stores in town. The closest would be The Mercantile in Leakey or HEB in Uvalde.
