This Cape-style house is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The fully stocked kitchen is at the center of the house and includes a double oven, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The attached breakfast nook is perfect for doing a puzzle and enjoying a cup of morning coffee. The nearby dining room has a custom hand-crafted slab table with seating for 8. Off the kitchen is a spacious family room that includes a WiFi enabled 70-inch flat-screen HDTV to watch your favorite show or just relax on the large comfy wrap-around couch after a day on the water. There is an assortment of games and puzzles for those lazy afternoons when the weather keeps you indoors. From the living room, take a step into the quiet reading nook.
