Main family bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, with basic toiletries provided including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. CHILLING: There is a well appointed and large lounge with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with your favourite streaming channel or TV program. A large outdoor patio area with outdoor furniture in a fantastic sized private garden. A separate conservatory and library room to relax and chill out in. EATING: A spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, plus a washing machine available for personal use in a separate utility room. PARKING: Your own parking space on the driveway in front of the house and off the main street, which is rare to have in such a central location in Cambridge. OUT AND ABOUT: Situated in between Hills Road and Mill Road, and a short walk to Parkers Piece, this is a prime position for all occasions and an easy walk to the Botanic Gardens, plus the many attractions and colleges in Cambridge. It is a 5 minute walk to Cambridge station and a bus terminal. There is an array of cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and easily accessible by foot. I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
