The Domes Our domes aim to provide guests with an unforgettable escape into nature. Experience the intimacy of camping without the hassle of packing supplies, setting up tents, and sleeping on uncomfortable mattresses. All of our domes include the following: Spacious Private Deck 2 Queen Beds w/Memory Foam Mattresses Wood Burning stove to keep you warm on colder nights Lighting - Indoor and Outdoor lights powered by solar panels USB Ports for charging devices. Use of Property Grounds: You understand that hiking and using the streams and creeks on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from those activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers (slips, trips, falls, animals, insects, drowning, etc.) associated with the use of the property. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, and use of the streams and creeks on the property. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. Campfires: Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.). Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property. Noise: Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am. When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors. Children: The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult and must be on the site they belong to every night by dusk. Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near the creek. Firearms/Hunting: Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property. Hunting is strictly prohibited on the property. Fireworks: Always prohibited on the property ATVs and Other Recreational Vehicles(Dirtbikes, SXS, etc.) : Always prohibited on the property
