Overly stocked kitchen, fast & free Wi-fi, ample well lit parking, Smart TV in Bedroom, Pre-programmed Firestick enabled TV in Den. Guests have access to all 12 acres and huge fire pit. Peaceful, close to everything, no extra fees. 2 guests can sleep on the new queen bed in the bedroom. Extra sets of sheets, extra blankets, and extra pillows are stored in the dresser. The "L" shaped couch in the bedroom comfortably sleeps one. 4 guests can sleep on the 2 new fold out sofas in the den. Each fold out has a thick, new memory foam mattress topper. Linens, blankets, and pillows for the sofa beds are stored in the drawers under the TV in the den.
