There is a portable A/C unit in the studio and a window A/C unit in one of the bedrooms on the entry level. There is NO assigned parking for this listing. However, free on street parking can be found on Mission Blvd (best spot is the block south of the property) or at nearby Mission Bay Yacht Club (as long as there is no overnight parking restriction signs for individual spaces). There is an all day paid lot at the Mission Beach Women's Club on Santa Clara Blvd. Finally, there also a large parking lot in the Mission Bay Aquatic Center for oversized vehicles to park overnight.
