Beautiful modern condo with huge oceanfront balcony and spectacular views. Amazing location! Close to everything yet right on the edge of nature. Jaco's Northern end has a river mouth estuary where waves crash on the rocks, and the beach stretches south inviting you to enjoy all the fun of downtown. Go for walks or enjoy the sunset. You'll be absolutely comfortable and fully equipped for your vacation. Highest speed wifi, cold AC, and everything in the condo is brand new!

This condo was beautiful. The view is outstanding. It is on the fifth floor just high enough to see over some small palms for an unobstructed view to the Pacific Ocean. It was effortless to check in and get our vacation started. If this place is available then book it!
Wonderful place. Great views and walk out to the beach. Matthew was a great host. Very responsive to our questions.

Hi I’m Matt, Originally from northern NJ, but now living in Jacó, Costa Rica since 2008. I love it here for the surfing, nature, nice people, and tropical lifestyle. My work background is mostly in hospitality and I earned a business degree from Rutgers Univ.
