Welcome to our tranquil 2-bedroom home equipped with air conditioning. Picture yourself sipping coffee on the patio, surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds and overlooking the ocean. Here, you can witness the most stunning sunsets daily, setting over Maderas Beach. Our house is an ideal haven for surfers or anyone seeking nature's serenity. A mere 5-minute drive takes you to Maderas Beach, while San Juan del Sur is a convenient 25-minute drive away. 2 Bedrooms ; one with King bed and the other with Twin beds. AC units in each room, full equipped kitchen and one bathroom (cold water). Our house is perched atop the hill behind Maderas Beach, just 20 minutes north of San Juan del Sur. Enjoy stunning, uninterrupted ocean views and privacy. It's only a quick 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to Playa Maderas, offering easy access to the beach. Embrace the tranquility of this serene retreat, where you can relax and soak in the beauty of nature
