Ahmed was very responsive and calm. However, not everyone like the smell of cigarettes and this should not be encouraged in the lobby or in the lift . Room cleaning should be done as well nevertheless the hotel is good and the staff are also good. There is free bus to haram which complimented the hotel. I will visit again
