Adventure awaits you when you book this tent space in our Rustic Backyard Campground. You provide the tent & all equipment, we provide an above ground fire pit, a picnic table, a charcoal BBQ, 110 electrical to charge a phone or tablet (Not for AC's or heaters), and LIMITIED WIFI. You can purchase charcoal and firewood at most stores in town. The TENT site size is 20' long x 12' wide, constructed with gravel and sand. KIDS AND PETS STAY FREE! WE HAVE HOT SHOWERS/LAUNDRY MACHINES. We're located 12.9 miles S of the entrance to Arches NP, 76 miles N of Canyonlands NP! We have beautiful views of the Rim and San Juan Mountains. Potable water is available to guests in ALL waterspouts. We have 3 options for restrooms: 1. Indoor with hot showers. 2. Outdoor (private with NO ROOF, perfect for stay gazing) with hot showers. 3. Two additional restrooms only, NO showers. Our outdoor restrooms/showers are open seasonally. Our indoor restrooms/showers are open all season. There is a neighborhood campground on the North side of the fence. If you are in a tent, it's likely you may hear noise (A/C running, etc.) from those campers. Please plan accordingly (ear plugs/ear buds). Our WIFI is NOT the best! We are working on improving it. We currently have Starlink and it's the best we can get for our location. It doesn't always work so if you absolutely need Wi-Fi, please book another campground. THIS SPACE IS OUR BACKYARD, we love the outdoors & want to share it with you and your family. If you are looking for a commercial campground with a swimming pool, etc. please keep looking! If you're looking for a FAMILY-ORIENTED, small, GEM of a place, easy going, beautiful and peaceful with the nicest folks you've ever met, please reserve! Friendly reminder, we don't supply tent stakes, rubber mallets, tents, sleeping bags, campers, RV's or firewood. You may purchase firewood at most stores in town.
