Do not stay at this guys properties. I was booked in advanced by a few months for a sold out concert in State College, PA. Less than two weeks before the show the host Kelvin sent me a message indicating that there was an emergency and that he could not honor my reservation. After some questioning he lead me on for a while saying that he was working feverishly to accommodate my reservation but ultimately he could not. Less than two days before the concert he tells me that the reservation is off. He refused to give a reason and he refused to contact airbnb to properly cancel my reservation. At this point in the game it is too late for me so I had to take it up with helpful airBnB support to have my reservation refunded. This guy also made sexists remarks, inferring that I was acting like a woman when I refused to give him information to send money through a separate transaction. Wtf, do better Kelvin!
