wonderful little place to stay if visiting Moab. clean, comfortable, and cozy accommodations entirely private from the rest of the house. host was friendly and responsive. would definitely recommend.

Chad’s place is great for anyone looking to stay in a more private area of Moab! We were only there for a few nights, but it was perfect for the two of us as we wanted somewhere to chill after spending most of our day at Arches and Canyonlands. Exceptionally clean (minus a few moths, which were easily evacuated) and very friendly host!

The place was nice and the bed was really comfortable. There is a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. Chad also provided waters, snacks, plates, and plastic silverware. The room is located in the back of the residence with its own entrance. The neighborhood is really quiet and there is a community pool (I did not go to the pool). Chad's place is located 15 mins away from Arche's National Park on the other side of Moab. There are a lot of place to eat 5-10 mins away from Chad's place in downtown Moab. I would stay here again if I come back to Moab.

This was the perfect place to stay! Great location and views of the mountains! the pool and hot tub were a bonus!
