Beautiful view of the beach, but there were a few stains on the pillows and bed linings, along with dirty dishes in the cabinet. Not sure why they charge a $250 cleaning fee when they make you do the dishes and strip the bed for laundry purposes.

The amount of “house” and “peace” for this stay is worth it. Caps (Restaurant) was amazing and the direct beach view from the 2nd and 3rd floors was worth it!

Love, love, this house and location. We will be back! Right on the beach with plenty of porch overlooking the ocean. The house is perfect for big families or multiple families vacationing together. The house is clean and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The driveway is steep but you get used to it and the house is worth it. Messaging the managing rental company is a slightly cumbersome. They prefer you to email their specific local group of the rental company not the rental company itself and not through the Airbnb site. Any questions asked through Airbnb you are told to email the local group.

The air conditioning in the lower level did not work at all. We called and they sent a service technician out, but he was unable to fix the problem. VTrips did not follow up after. We arrived to a very sandy house, every room had sand all over the floors and furniture. The master bedroom blanket had blood stains on them.

this house was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location if you want to walk straight out to the beach. We have younger kids and it's always kind of a chore bringing alllllll of the things out to the beach, and it was so easy here. if we forgot anything, we just ran back into the house to grab it. Everything was absolutely amazing. The driveway did give us a little scare, just because it was so steep, and when the driveway got sandy on a couple of the days, our tires spun trying to go up. But we did get used to driving on it after a couple days. I would definitely stay here again.
