Loved this stay! Everything was so beautiful, the interiors , the private pool & the shared pool! The host was great, met us when we came & sent a list of local recommendations & taxi drivers if needed. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where there is lots of good food places! Quite a new area, more houses being built but it never disturbed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Up and coming peaceful location outside the zona hotelera. Host was friendly and waiting for us when we checked in. Tulum vibe decor made the place feel peaceful. Check out Aroma Cafe around the corner for breakfast, very delicious.
Overall our stay was incredible! The place was very clean with breathtaking views. Our hosts provided great recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. Hosts were also responsive when the keypad to main door froze and assisted helping us get in late at night. The power in the entire city shut down during our trip for several hours (including cell towers shutting down), leaving us with no way to communicate. This is no fault of our hosts. However, other locals let us know that it was a scheduled/ routine power shut down. This was not communicated to guests at the airbnb causing some panic. Some guests genuinely thought we were under attack. It would have been nice to have a heads up that this could happen during our stay, or some messaging after power was restored but we didn’t hear anything from our hosts regarding the power outage.
The space and building is precisely as described and photos. Quiet and peaceful, so great for a relaxing getaway. Primary shared pool is beautiful. I would recommend having a vehicle to get around since the area is a new development and road infrastructure is still a work in progress. Pili was there to meet us, explained everything and was our primary contact throughout our stay. Easy to communicate with and she gave us a long list of recommendations from public beach clubs to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Estamos rodeados de naturaleza, pero también encontrarás opciones cerca para comprar artículos básicos, y un amplio patio gastronómico como Palma Central.
Las mejores opciones en Tulum siempre son rentar un scooter o un carro, ya que la ciudad y la playa están separadas por 4 kilómetros de distancia.
