Our cottage provides a warm and inviting space, perfect for couples or solo adventurers. The 1970's interior, features modern amenities without losing the cottage's historic charm. The compact layout includes a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (double + single) with fresh linen and towels and a modern bathroom. exactly as described, perfect quiet location
A lovely little cottage, ideal for 2 people and well equipped. It was obviously furnished and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The area is very peaceful and quiet. There is also a very nice pub about an 8 minutes walk down the road or you can do the short drive into town. Veronica was always quick and helpful with responding to messages and questions. We booked very much last minute (less than 48hours before arrival) but everything went very smoothly anyway.
A nice little house which served me as a bolt hole for writing. Some great books to read too! Well equipped, warm and cozy. Lovely village and walks. But the cleaning had not been done well. It was not dirty, but scruffy and a bit messy. Veronica was very responsive and refunded part of the cleaning fee.
