Jacob ist wirklich der perfekte AirBnB host. Wir hatten zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, dass er sich um uns kümmert und sich um unser Wohlbefinden sorgt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und schön eingerichtet und das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Man muss sich bewusst sein, das hier viele andere Gäste sind und tagsüber die Reinigungskräfte alles wieder sauber machen. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Einzig und alleine die Gegend des AirBnBs hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, man muss mit dem Auto oder Uber nach Downtown fahren. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

I booked this unit for my partner's first visit to New Haven for Graduation after some changes in travel plans had him arrive a day early and we couldn't have been more pleased with Jacob's listing. He was kind, texted and called earlier in the day to make sure we were clear on how to get to the home, and was reachable when we were checking in later evening. I had a question morning of check out and he responded promptly, taking the extra step of calling to see if the question was resolved. That attention to detail really carries over to the place; beautifully furnished, bright and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Would definitely book again for a loved one or myself looking for a stay in new haven and it's a short (about ten minute) drive from the downtown area in a quiet neighborhood.

Jacob went above and beyond for us! Very beautiful home and room just exactly like the pictures or pictures don't do justice. Extremely clean and very close to a lot of things to see or do in New Haven. It was just kind of noisy outside since the house is literally by an intersection street but that's normal. Jacob made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Will definitely recommend this place to family & friends and I will absolutely book him again.

I stayed at Jacob's place for 3 nights. My experience was perfect. It felt like living at a 5 star hotel. Jacob got me checked in, showed me around the house. He was always responsive to anything that I asked for. The house looks exactly the same as listed in the pictures. Its beautiful, clean, very close to Yale University and shops in Downtown New Haven. If I'm ever coming to New Haven, Jacob's place is where I will stay. I highly recommend it.
