Absolutely perfect in every way . If you book then be prepared to return as one visit isn’t nearly enough. Beautiful property that is immaculate throughout. Gardens are serene and the area is stunning. Your hosts Nicki and George are always near by to help with advice on local cuisine and areas of natural beauty. By the end of the week you will feel that you have left friends behind . Can not wait to return however my waistline does need a rest . Talking of food you must go to the local deli in Ross (Truffles).The sausage rolls and cakes are amazing. No 3 in Ross is also a must for lunch or dinner,a little on the pricey side for lunch but more than worth it as the flavours and fresh produce can not be faulted. My favourite place of beauty was Symonds yat ,not to be missed in my opinion.

Nicky was an incredibly welcoming host, her communication was thorough, helpful and timely. The cottage was immaculate, well-presented and scrupulously clean. There were beautiful touches on arrival that made it all the more special such as beautiful, fresh-cut flowers and a welcome hamper. The walled-gardens were stunning making it a beautiful place to have lunch or dinner. The surrounding parkland and views were exceptional. The attention to detail both inside the cottage and in the gardens and parkland were impressive. Nicky had a perfect recommendation for everything; whether a bite to eat, a walk or a local garden centre - these certainly helped enhance the trip. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicky and George even showed us his classic cars. The cottage was easy to find, parking is onsite and it is a fabulous location for beautiful walks and lovely restaurants with different exquisite cuisines. Thank you Nicky and George.

My wife and I spent the last part of our honeymoon in this beautiful cottage in the English countryside. The host, Nicky, had everything set up perfectly to maximize the enjoyment of our stay (fresh breakfast materials in the fridge, great recommendations for dinners and outings and a spotlessly clean cottage). The cottages are on a beautiful plot of land with gorgeous gardens and free roaming sheep grazing in the pasture behind. Truly a diamond in the rough.
