Bring earplugs but… This place was so beautiful. The space its self was remarkable and breathtaking and Edoardo was very helpful when we had little mishaps occur. He even greeted us with a birthday cake since I was celebrating my 40th and my mom’s 70th birthday. The only down side was the noise from the bar/restaurant below. It was hard to get a full night sleep or fall asleep until 1am since people do hang out outside and you can hear them from each one of the bedrooms. It was so nice having a space in walking distance of gardens and the Uffitzi along with a grocery store and Madeline’s coffee shop on the corner. So so good and a wine wall just about 5 minutes walk away.
We booked this property for our family reunion. This property is in the best spot for exporting Florence on foot and be close to everything. It is a newly renovated apartment with very luxuries furniture and art, beautiful layout that provided privacy to our family and a gorgeus kitchen. The property looks even better in person! The views of Arno and Uffizi are from all of the rooms and even though being so centrally located the apartment was quiet. Edoardo was incredibly helpful with providing information ahead of time about the apartment and the area, even helped us with the restaurant reservation. His agent Silvana helped us with check-in and get situated. She was so kind to help us with electric adapters we discovered we were missing. Check-out was very easy and all communication timely and informative. The apartment was spotless and well appointed This property is true gem, we highly recommend it and we plan to come back on our next visit to Florence!

Wow, couldn’t have asked for a better apartment and host for our trip to Florence. The location is perfect, the apartment is comfortable and beautiful. Edoardo was very accommodating with our baby and provided a cot and baby friendly recommendations. Can’t wait to stay again!
