Place was just as pictured. Host was extremely nice and accommodating. The area is wonderful with a great park near by. Lots of good food options and excellent area. I would definitely stay with Sam again, she was awesome and thoughtful. Thank you Sam for a great stay! 😊

This cozy apartment was about a 10 drive to my daughter, who attends Rice University, which is why I was visiting Houston. It’s close to good restaurants, about 15 minutes from the museums and about 20 minutes from the Galleria. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook, has a pod coffee maker with plenty of capsules, an easy to use washer and dryer, a comfortable bed, and it’s located in a gated community, which I appreciated since I was a traveling by myself. I appreciated the information/video that they sent prior to check in. It helped me to walk right to the apartment door without getting lost when I arrived in the late evening. Samantha is a wonderful host and truly makes the best effort to make sure your stay is going well.
