We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip to this adorable beach cottage. Easy walk to the beach. The house was cozy and clean and we loved the hammock in the yard. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best time staying at this lovely & cozy beach home! Everything was as described, & then some! There were all kinds of extra loving touches like a basket full of light blankets rolled up near the door that you could use inside the house or out on the lovely front porch or patio, or the fireplace with wood set up in it so that you could easily light if you wanted to cozy up by the woodstove outside! The kitchen was very well appointed with lovely dishes, serving bowls, glasses, & utensils Kim & her sister had thought of everything! Kim was extremely helpful & responsive, my son accidentally locked the bathroom door, so that we couldn’t get back in to the bathroom & when I contacted Kim, she responded immediately, called her Handyman who could come over in a couple of hours & then Kim even offered to come over herself & try to fix it before he got there! She went out of her way to make sure that the situation was resolved as smoothly as possible! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim and Pam's place! My sisters, my husband, and our dog all felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Both inside and outside, this home is beautiful and relaxing. We were so grateful for the proximity to the ocean, to local restaurants, and to fun places to visit in Santa Cruz! We hope to return to Kim and Pam's in the near future - a true treasure!

Great place to stay! Really clean and welcoming. Close proximity to anything you’d want to do. If ever back in Santa Cruz, I’d definitely stay here again

Kims Place is clean and comfy. We stayed 3 nights. Short 3 block walk-to the beach. Great coffee house awaits you. The yard is plenty private and secure for our Doggo. We rested well, felt safe and secure. This will go down the as the best trip to Santa Cruz ever. My Family would like to Thank You all for allowing us to enjoy your Beach Cottage.
