Nothing to do for the price, approach Road is downhill, no proper parking, no restaurants near by, you can get a far better hotel in this price anywhere in Ooty

The house is constructed however nearby restaurant and other parts are still under construction. It noisy. Rooms are very small 10*10 rooms for price of 7k. Very expensive and worth. I booked for 2 nights but checked out early and changed the reservation to 1 night only. When we reached there was no other guest staying. All rooms were empty and it was scary. Whole Ooty is filled with guests but here it was all dark and empty. Staff and food was good. But property is not upto the standards of living or Airbnb. There was no basic handwash provided. Flush was not working. I have stayed in multiple Airbnb's. This was my worst experience of all. Host - Voye Homes, there staff were not there. They were no responsive. They only responded after 9:30AM, there working hours. Being a host or property management company, they should be available for Guest always. That's the basic for hosting. Please don't go by listing description. Property is still under constructing.

An excellent guest house with an excuisite view. The host and crew were very efficient and friendly. Host also provided complimentary breakfast that included a good spread of items. A must visit!
