We had a lovely few days at Charles ‘s place. Very comfortable and well equipped, and a perfect position for using Mainstream pond. Highly recommend staying here for some quiet getting back to nature days

Charles's cabin is lovely. It's quiet, private and secluded. The property was perfect for two adults, three teenagers and two dogs. It would be tough to have little kids here, since there's no real beach and the short walk down to the pond is rocky. For us it was perfect. Rustic but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This cabin is extremely private and in a very wooded setting. It is well cared for and comfortable. The wood-burning stove kept the house cozy and warm, even the upstairs bedrooms. Light wood walls throughout the house and quality windows compliment the beautiful Maine woods setting. The bathroom is a generous size and clean. The kitchen is very well-stocked with kitchen cooking utensils and dinnerware. Attempts are obviously made to ensure guests are comfortable, with plenty of blankets, landline phone, and nearby eateries' menus and phone numbers available in the kitchen. Refrigerator and full stove/oven are good size, cabinets are spacious, sink is large. Walk down the path through the woods to the lake where there is a nice dock on a beautiful secluded lake. Charles always responded quickly to our communications and was a wonderful host. We look forward to visiting again next year!

Charles has a great camp. It's quiet, secluded and the surrounding nature is beautiful. His directions to the property and instructions on how to use the solar power were easy to follow and made perfect sense. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer any questions we had. He even suggested that we check out the local fair. I'm so glad we did! We enjoyed the games, rides, agricultural exhibits and had our first doughboy experience. At the camp we spent our time fishing off the dock and enjoying nature. It rained one day while we were there, but it was nice to just stay inside and play board games. Our teenage kids didn't even use their electronics until we were in for the night! We spent a perfect Labor Day weekend there. It was a great place to end our summer. Maybe we'll make it a tradition. :)
