Had a great experience. It was a home away from home while I was waiting to close on my new home. Could not have asked for better accommodations and Patsy was easy to work with and extremely understanding of my need for the stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Blake's Cabin! Patsy was very helpful and went out of her way to allow us to check in early. We loved how the home was so dog friendly. Our lab, JJ, had fun with all the dog toys in the living room. There was also a dog bed downstairs and a huge container filled with dog food. those extras were special to us. The recliners in the tv room were outstanding, a big plus for me. I always look for comfortable furniture in a home and these recliners were awesome. There were 2 grills available, 1 propane and 1 charcoal. We grilled chicken and sweet potatoes. The kitchen had every possible large and small kitchen appliance. I appreciated that. The outdoor area with the dock and a covered front porch area with comfy chairs were a big plus. JJ had great fun jumping into the pond to retrieve sticks and my husband relaxed with his fishing pole. It was so thoughtful that Patsy left a container of worms in the refrigerator in case we needed them.

We stayed for 4 days and can't wait to come back again next year! My husband loves to fish and loves to do so in private. This was the spot. He fished for hours and hours, had the time of his life. Such a relaxing atmosphere with a gorgeous view and cozy inside. Mere feet from the back door to the dock and boats/water. Very dog friendly place, and that's what I loved most! He had plenty of room to play and even a private road for quick walks throughout the day. My husband said it was the BEST vacation he's been on, relaxing and private. Better experience to us than Jamaica! We loved it and hope to stay much longer the next time. The cabin has EVERYTHING you might need. From kitchen to bathroom to bedrooms, everything was clean, comfortable and available. We immediately felt at home when we walked in. Our host was always accommodating and friendly!

Blake's Cabin was wonderful! My favorite part was the peaceful views offered from the pondside window in the living room. We didn't end up bringing our dog but it was so sweet to see the thoughtfulness in the dog-friendly details (even a dog bed!). Patsy was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. This spot is a gem!
