Ralph’s place was just so dreamy . We traveled along with 3 other families and each have a toddler . The place is so spacious and having each our bathroom was a game changer . The views in and out of the house are just to die for . We could not get over it . The pool is bigger than it seems in the pictures and very well heated. The kids loved it . A little difficult to play at the beach when its high tide but we we’re able to go for walk everyday and sit on the beach most days. On arrival, the address is not very clear. But overall not too difficult to find . We rented a van for the week but if you have transportation arranged no need to worry . Very pleased with everything . We’ll be back :)

Perfect location and the beach was just as beautiful as the photos! Home was comfortable and we had all we needed plus some! Would book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home! Stunning views! The beds were very comfortable, two bedrooms on one side of the house and three on the other with two thermostats, so that was nice. The house has a Berkey water filtration system so buying bottled water was not necessary. The interior is decorated so beautifully and the pool is heated and much bigger than what it looks like in the listing. We had Cindy as our chef and was great for the most part. The automatic screen on the porch was broken and wouldn’t go down, therefore we could not sit on the porch at night since the bugs were bad. Our family loves cornhole and the listing said they had it at the house, but they didn’t. When it’s not low tide, there is no beach at all to walk on. Finally, after paying all this money to rent this house I could not believe that we were charged $10/day for a pack and play! We paid over $20k to stay here and then we’re nickel and dimed for a pack and play, that was ridiculous.

Beautiful house, very clean and great location. The concierge was super nice and very helpful.
