If you are thinking about booking this place, DO IT! We were blown away with how well Giorgio and his soon made sure we felt right at home immediately. They met us at the train station and took us to the AirBNB, showed us around and made sure we were all set. The view from the balcony is amazing, great place to enjoy coffee, drinks, or food while enjoying the breathtaking views of the lake. The location is very walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops (as well as to the train station if needed). The ferry stop is also a few steps away, making it easy to jump on if you wish to village hop around the lake. I can’t say enough great things about this place and its hosts, thank you again for hosting us during our time In Varenna!

This is a very tidy apartment in an excellent location. I would have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Bonus - one of the hosts picked us up from the railway station.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Lido! Great location - it is very close to the ferry dock. It is walking distance to the main part of town, but we appreciated that it was in the more quieter and peaceful area. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee with a beautiful view of the lake. Lorena (the host) was extremely responsive and helpful. We recommend staying here!

Lodi We stayed in this beautiful apartment September 1-30, 2023. It is near the Ferry which make it very convenient to see Lake Como. The apartment is updated and the furnishings are very nice and comfortable! The kitchen has everything you might need! The bedroom is spacious and has 2 closets with shelves, dresser and 2 nightstands. The bed was very comfortable and has great linens! Large bathroom with great shower. The washing machine was handy. Bonus was the balcony with a table & chairs where we ate some of our meals. Georgia & Alberto are great hosts who became new friends! We highly recommend staying here!
