Happy to be able to find a good place until my new apartment was ready. My stay was great, had trouble with internet connection at first but overall it was a terrific stay.

Ms.Melinda was a great host. Always responsive and making sure that the house is in tip top shape. Always checked up on me to make sure I was okay and was willing accommodate for things I needed. House is clean, cozy and has pretty much everything that you need. Any future MB drive students looking for a place to stay during their time in the program this is a great place to do so, close to campus and other things as well. Will definitely consider staying here again if need be.

I stayed here for over a month and it was wonderful! Melinda is a such a great host, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay in the Jacksonville area.

What a pleasant hostess and lovely home. My two month stay turned into six. Quiet and comfortable. Any concerns were quickly managed. I would recommend to a friend.
