Great location, really friendly staff & a really nice bar. We had one small issue when my wife was charged for the room when she checked it even though I had already paid for it. The lady organised a refund for us but this will take a few working days, this could cause a problem for someone if they are a bit skint at the time. It was a genuine mistake & wouldn't stop me staying here again.
Really friendly welcome, spotless room, if visiting Southport I usually use Premier Inn but, being NYE and a late booking, that was full. This was really great to stay in, perfect in terms of staying after an evening out with friends. The only downside was no onsite parking, like Premier, but that was easily solved - and the room was lovely. The price reflected the fact it was NYE and I imagine is cheaper the rest of the year. I'd stay again!

Set in one of Southport's most celebrated sights, a Victorian canopied boulevard - Lord Street. The accommodation is a perfect destination for flying visits as well as longer stays. Superb location, within walking distance of the Promenade, Southport Little Theatre, Victoria Park, Southport Pleasureland and The Atkinson Theatre. Shops, restaurants and wine bars are just a short walk away. So is the train station with frequent connections to Liverpool and Manchester.
