Interested in good vibes, peaceful living, and the simple things in life. I can't live without fresh air, outdoor spaces, fresh cool water to drink, oceans and mountain streams to swim in. A philosopher at heart - fascinated by yoga philosophy and practice. Favourite local travel destinations are the Cedarberg mountains for supreme quiet and Plettenberg bay for ultimate body surfing. If I host you at my home you can do yoga with me or drink beer with my husband! Enjoy my 4 delightful children (aged 9-16) and enjoy the family chaos that goes with it. If I host you at my guesthouse - a simple quiet place, a walk from Boulders Beach and the Penguin colony - you can learn some out there facts about penguins, discovered whilst observing them over the years. - and I might also share the best places to visit in Cape Town. As the guesthouse and children are both full time jobs, as well as my yoga studio - you might be entertained by my great staff instead, but can always ask to meet me, and I'll pop past with pleasure.
